Lanie Brown graduated with honors from South Texas College of Law Houston where she trained as an elder law attorney in the Randall O. Sorrels Legal Clinics. Following the bar exam, Lanie and her husband moved to the promised land of the Texas Hill Country and settled in Blanco County.
Lanie is a certified mediator through the Frank Evans Center for Conflict Resolution and a certified guardianship attorney. Additionally, she is a published legal writer as well as a member of the Real Estate, Probate & Trust Law Section State Bar of Texas. Always committed to exceeding professional requirements, Lanie is a member of the Texas Bar College and the Texas Center for Legal Ethics, and she teaches an intersession course at her law school alma mater.
